What the course is for
This qualification gives you the range of administrative skills needed to coordinate the activities of an office, including information management and operational processes. Graduates can work in human resource, marketing, public relations or financial units.
Why it matters
The qualification replaces the National N Diplomas in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Public Management and Public Relations, and responds to the requirement that programmes meeting industry needs are reviewed, updated and made accessible to employers.
